This is something I said I'd do....probably a month or more ago. I've just had so many other things going wrong inside my head that I kept pushing this to the side. Well pushed aside no longer!!!
~Drakaiser requested a painting of himself as a cyberpunk vampire. So I whipped this up using a photo of him, and only when I was getting towards the end did I realize this was a bit like Dante of Devil May Cry. What can I say? Dante's hawt, and Drakaiser's pretty cute.
Guns are so not my thing. I had to search high and low for a photo of someone pointing a desert eagle at the camera, but I finally found one i was pleased with. Guitars are also not entirely my thing, so this one looks awfully awkward. But I still like it. I just liked the whole dragon theme going on.
wow. this is REALLY good work. I like the outfit allot and the red theme is perfect. What I like the most is the sword on the shirt and the boots ( don't know why).
Nicely done.

Damn good work, nice to see that you *can* draw men with a more masculine facial structure. I was beginning to worry that all your male figures looked slightly effete.
So very very good. I think this is the best I have seen from you so far. I think I want to give up on digital art until I see something from you and it makes me want to try harder. The guitar isn't bad. I did almost miss the gun, maybe if it wasn't pointing right at you, angled a little to the side so we could see the length it would have stood out more...but....that isn't a criticism, nothing is wrong with it. The coat is velvety again. ( love that). I really like the sword on the shirt. It is these details that makes your work so rich.
I love the warmth and depth to the colours you use. The give a very soft, sensuous feel to everything - the fabrics, the shapes and, of course ye olde vampire here.
I love the contrastbetween the soft, natural fibres and shapes and the harsher curves of the guitar. Perhaps you could have made the metals a bit more metallic (I make the contrast on them very stark. That seems to work most of the time) but they blend in very well this way.
I'm speechless.
I seriously am, and you think I'm sute?
Okay. I need t sit down and take the shock of this.
It's amazing, and the gun is CLASSIC, it's excellently pulled off.
I'm buying a print of this.
ASAP.
