Yeah, I'm finally getting back into updating my site. Sorta. I've just been so wound up in things, and I've been in my own little coccoon, and it just hasn't mattered so far.
My beloved is back in town. It's great, and he's super happy to be out of jail, of course. June 8th is when he can come actually live with me again, and so we're counting down the days. Things are starting to look up for us. Hooray there!

I haven't been working on my art, as evidenced by my output. Boooooooo. But I've been working on my writing. Yaaaaaay! I finished writing a novel, and I'm waiting to have my fiance edit it before I start the chore of getting it published. I'm already working on the sequel, though that part is going rather slowly. *crosses fingers* I think they're readable, and that I'll actually get published.

The birds are ecstatic that their proper master is home, even though they're still acting like brats. They'll behave for him, right until they know I'm home, and then they want me. Big brats. Huge brats. brats brats brats

I saw Harold and Kumar 2. I loled. It was so funny. I thought it was as good as the first one, even though it's kind of hard to follow up on a comedy like that. Neil Patrick Harris is a trip. I also watched Forbidden Kingdom, and I loved it despite the chodey white boy. He was a bit distracting, but I was so enthralled by the whole thing, that I didn't care.

I'm dying for Hellboy 2 and The Dark Knight. Those movies are going to be great.

I'm also waiting for video games. Starcraft 2 and Fallout 3. I get chills every time I think about them. It's been SO long in the wait, and now it's almost here. We've actually pre-ordered our Fallout 3 collector's editions. They come with a little Action Boy lunch box. Hee hee hee.

That's enough for now. I'll do more on Wednesday, and make myself actually stick to it. Or maybe I'll pick a new day for updating. Maybe.
